Detailed Specifications

Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions:

  • All installation efforts will be during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM).
  • Client must have an active internet connection with a minimum of 14Mbit/s download and upload bandwidth to dedicate to recording.
  • Internet service must be in the same room and within 15’ of the gateway/switch.
  • Client must have two (2) outlets within 4’ of the gateway/switch.
  • All cabling must be within 300’ of the surveillance switch (that includes the distance to the camera and the distance up and down the wall from the network switch to the camera).
  • Additional camera mounting accessories may be required and are not included.
  • Conduit and cable pathway accessories are not included.
  • Concrete cutting, firewall penetration, and/or core drilling are not included.
  • Gypsum board and/or ceiling tile/T-bar repair/modifications are not included.
  • Patching and painting of walls/ceiling are not included.
  • All hardware mounting points must be structural. For liability reasons, we cannot secure a camera or cabling to a temporary structure.
  • All work areas are ≤ 14’ above the finished floor. If work areas are > 14’ additional charges for lift(s) will be required.
  • All cable pathways transverse a single floor. If cameras are on multiple floors, additional charges for core drilling and sleeving will be required.
